Having launched the Le Mans 24hr Kart Race at the Autosport International Show, Teesside Karting have confirmation from twenty teams to compete at the 25th running of the event.

Only 26 grid spaces remain for the 2015 race on the 11th and 12th July.  This year the full grid will be made up of brand new BIZ Le Mans Twin Hire Karts creating a level playing field for all teams entered.

Bob Pope of Teesside Karting said, I’m delighted with the take up so early on for our Le Mans 24hr event, it’s always a brilliant event and the number of returning teams shows this.  The revamped Circuit Alain Prost will once again be a brilliant venue for the race, they have new pit garages in and a new restaurant.”

Teams of all sizes can enter the 2015 race due to there being no upper limit on the amount of drivers in a team.  Many teams choose to use the free camping available and stay in the Le Mans Karting Motorsport Village.  Entrants in 2015 will also race ‘The Kart Force Team’ who have also confirmed entry into this year’s event.

2015 Le Mans 24 hour karting packages cost £2,750 and include everything you need to race, from a brand new kart, race tires and fuel to full technical support and servicing and online electronic timing for mobile devices.  To book your team in the 2015 race call Teesside Karting on 01642 231117.  The Teesside Karting team can also be contacted through their new dedicated Le Mans 24 hour race social media profiles on facebook and twitter.
